Pediatric Occupational Therapy

  • Medicaid Direct Clients

  • In depth Pediatric Occupational Therapy Evaluation: $250

    Includes: 60-90 minutes, written report, home plan

  • Occupational therapy Private Pay:

    10 session bundle: $1000 (save 250 dollars!)

    5 session bundle: $575

    Single session: $125

  • Virtual/Phone Consult: $60 for 30 minutes

    In person: $80 for 30 minutes

  • Home programs are included in: Insurance therapy programs, Private pay evaluation, Private pay therapy bundles.

    Formal written Home programs will take 7-10 business days to complete

    Letters of medical necessity: First LMN included, following LMNs $25 each
